Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026

Welcome to 86guac. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

How reviews work here: 86guac only publishes positive reviews. Every review and every new spot is screened by Avi, our AI moderator, before it appears. Reviews that include complaints or criticism are not published. Because of that, the reviews you see here are not a complete or balanced picture of any business. They reflect what people loved.

Who can use 86guac

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.

What you can post

Reviews should be honest, positive, and based on your own experience. Please don't post:

Moderation

Avi uses AI to screen posts, and it can make mistakes in either direction. We may decline, remove, or edit the listing of any review or spot, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion and without notice. Spots may also be added by 86guac to help new towns get started.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give 86guac a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, store, and share your posts on the site and in promoting the site. You can remove your reviews at any time. Make sure you have the right to post anything you share.

Opinions, not facts

Reviews are personal opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by 86guac. Restaurant and bar details may be incomplete or out of date, so check with the business before you go.

No warranties

86guac is provided "as is" for fun and information. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, 86guac isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site, and our total liability is limited to $50.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
